MISSISSAUGA, ON – Sonepar Canada is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Dixon Electric, a leading, full line electrical distributor in Northern Ontario. Under the agreement, Dixon will join Sonepar Canada’s growing family of companies. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed by January 2012.
Dixon has been in business for over 50 years and has developed into a company that is focused on supporting the local mining and forestry industry with quality products and services.
