We are searching for an Inside Sales person for the distribution division located in Brampton.

SCOPE OF POSITION

Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with regard to order taking, product, pricing, deliveries and overall service.

Awesome potential for growth with our International Distributor Consortium.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contacting customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.

• Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders.

• Opening new accounts.

• Developing customer base and sales leads by making cold and warm calls.

• Entering orders into system and expediting to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.

• Providing pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.

• Counter Sales

• Credits/Debits.

• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years experience.

• Wire and Cable product knowledge or industry experience.

COMPENSATION

Total compensation will be a competitive base salary with Group Benefits including medical with Vision Plan, pension, education support, and a joint investment plan.
